You don't need a Facebook page to use Botsii - you simply need a personal Facebook account. You do not even need to be active on your Facebook account to get results, because Botsii primarily interacts with your prospect's Facebook account.
Setting up your Botsii chatbot can take as little as an hour, where you simply copy and paste some basic information into the onboarding bot after your purchase.
After you purchase you get access to a members area giving step-by-step instructions, and we will run both regular live workshops showing you what to do. If you really don't want to setup your own bot we will setup an affordable done-for-you service to do everything for you.
Does Botsii integrate with other tools or platforms?
Botsii primarily operates on Facebook and Facebook Messenger. However you can share the content from the Attraction Marketing Bot ANYWHERE online, including any social media network (like Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok), any chat platform (like Telegram or WhatsApp). or any website or blogging platform you use (like Wordpress or Medium).
Can I customise the responses of Botsii?
Botsii is designed so there is very little need for users to customise anything - for 99% of users, once they have shared some basic information, including your contact details and referral link, no further customisation is needed.
There are options for users to setup their own versions of any company chatbot, and we include details of how to do that inside the Members Area.
Is any technical knowledge required to setup or manage Botsii?
No technical knowledge is required. Botsii is designed to be user-friendly, with an intuitive interface to Activate a Botsii Bot which takes about an hour. If you can copy and paste, you can use Botsii.

What if I am not active on Facebook?
The beauty of Botsii is you DON'T need to be active on Facebook!
What matters is that your prospects are on Facebook! Even if they don't use it much most people have a Facebook account and are logged in virtually all the time. At Botsii we just see Facebook as a free CRM system where the vast majority of the western world have an account (CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management).
There are over 3 billion active daily users on Facebook, so this is a great place to prospect and grow your team!
Features and Usage
Can Botsii handle multiple languages?
The English speaking bot can be setup for any company and we have plans early 2025 to expand the system to additional languages. We will survey our members before deciding on which language to develop first. Once developed it will be possible to setup a chatbot for any company in this new language.

How does Botsii handle user privacy and data protection?
Botsii employs robust data privacy measures and complies with regulations like GDPR to ensure user data is protected. The system is integrated with the Facebook system using API's and so is required to meet their privacy standards for all users. A copy of our Privacy Statement can be found here.
What kind of reporting does Botsii provide?
Our approach is to keep things simple for our users and focus on what helps deliver results. So there's no complicated dashboards that might look pretty but just confuse most people. You simply share your bot link with prospects, and let the system do the heavy lifting for you.
Botsii provides notifications to users when a prospect interact with your chatbot directly to your email inbox. This gives you visibility of key actions taken by prospects so you can follow up personally to convert more prospects to join your business.
Can I schedule messages or broadcasts with Botsii?
No, because Facebook imposes strict rules around sending promotional messages outside a 24 hour 'active' window. It is important you qualify prospects and then let Botsii interact with them after you share you bot link.
Botsii has developed a way for you to enter your prospects email in the system, which will allow us to follow up outside of Facebook and direct people back to your bot and referral link.
Does Botsii support rich media messages?
Botsii supports various types of rich media, including images, videos, PDFs, and more, to create engaging interactions. You have the ability to update and customise this content.
Pricing and Billing
What are the pricing plans available for Botsii?
As part of keeping things simple, Botsii has one bot that can be setup for any company. Our products are on an annual subscription, which is subject to change without notice as new features and upgrades are added.
Is it possible to upgrade my licence after I purchase?
You can upgrade your Botsii Bot license any time by paying the difference in the standard pricing between your current license and the number of companies you want to upgrade to.
Botsii's standard pricing is as follows;
1) 1 company license - $197 per year
2) 3 company license - $397 per year
3) 5 company license - $597 per year
4) 10 company license - $997 per year
Example 1 : From 1 company to 3 companies, you pay $200 difference.
Example 2 : From 1 company to 5 companies, you pay $400 difference.
When you upgrade, your license runs from 12 months from the upgrade date and is renewed annually. You are still responsible to pay the annual subscription on your original purchase on whatever date that is due.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
There are no setup fees or hidden costs. Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Users are also 'grandfathered in' at the price they have paid when making their purchase, and so you benefit from new features when they go live.
Do you offer a free trial for Botsii?
No we don't offer a free trial.

Can I switch my chatbot to another company?
Yes, you can change your bot to another company any time you like and there is no limit on the number of times whilst your subscription is active. There is also no charge as all you need to do is log into the members area and follow the steps.

Yes, if you are on an annual subscription, you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].
How does billing work for Botsii?
Payments are made in USD $ using your payment processor.
For bulk purchases we will accept payment in fiat in USD or cryptocurrency by special arrangement at the time of ordering.
Do you have an affiliate program to promote Botsii?
Yes, we have setup a 5 level unilevel plan, paying out 50% overall and 10% per level.
Payouts are made using PayPal or Wise and are paid 30 days following month-end. Our affiliate program is designed so that anyone can share a link to a Botsii sales page and generate a commission. We have cookies set on affiliate links to 180 days,
Botsii cannot be held responsible for commissions not appearing within affiliate's back office where the buyer is blocking cookies, or preventing the tracking of purchases in some way.
Botsii also operates a strict 'no-stacking' policy which will result in users being permanently banned from the platform and the Botsii Facebook page. It is unethical for users to stack accounts as a way to maximise commissions and deprive commission from their upline.

Where can I find documentation or tutorials for Botsii?
After you purchase you will also get immediate access to a members area giving step-by-step instructions on how to setup your bot. We have built a dedicated 'Onboarding Bot' which guides you through the process, which takes about an hour to complete.
Where you need to setup your bot for a new company, full support is provided, include online training, live workshops and a done-for-you service.
How do I report a bug or issue with Botsii?

Is there a community or forum where I can ask questions about Botsii?
Yes, we have a private Facebook Group where users can ask questions, share tips, and connect with other Botsii users. We will also use this to showcase product features and do live training. You will get access to this immediately after you purchase.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Upon cancellation you can request an export of your data and also request that your data be permanently deleted from our servers by emailing [email protected].
How secure is Botsii?
Botsii uses advanced security measures, including data encryption and compliance with data protection regulations, to ensure your information is safe. The chatbot system is integrated with Facebook using their APIs which are used by billions of users around the world.
Botsii will never share your data with 3rd parties without your explicit consent. Equally Botsii will never promote another company to your prospects unless they have expressly requested this information from yourself or from another Botsii user.
